Abstract submission

All abstracts should be submitted by faculty supervisors/advisors (not individual students). Ideally, all abstracts associated with a faculty supervisor will be sent in a single e-mail with all abstracts attached. In addition to the abstracts, faculty supervisors must attach a completed  advisor abstract submission form (Word Doc) to assist with allocation of podium and poster presentations. Abstracts will not be accepted without this form.

The deadline for faculty supervisors to submit the abstracts and advisor abstract submission form is February 7, 2014. Please email submission packages to the conference organizing committee.
